Using Data Sets

Definition

The My Data link opens a table of all configured datasets in the tenant . The table includes the name of the dataset, the number of contacts, and the percentage of contacts with positive and negative sentiment. From this page, you can create new datasets or open existing datasets to view the workspaces or edit the datasets. You can sort the table by any column in ascending or descending order. Along with the name of the dataset you see the date it was last updated, the time range the dataset is a sampling from, the channels the dataset pertains to, and the category the dataset belongs to.

If you are an editor and an administrator, use the Analyze New Data button to open the Analyze New Data Creation page. See Create Dataset for more information. More Options enables you to delete the dataset or access AutoDiscovery, if enabled.
