Users with the Admin permission in their NICE CXone security profile can perform all of the same actions as users with the view and edit permissions, including viewing configured datasets in various workspaces, drilling down into the widget data, filtering the data to better answer specific questions about the contact center, creating and modifying datasets, modifying dataset workspace templates, and configuring the company profile. For instructions on performing those actions, see the Data Analysis and Dataset Management sections of the Interaction Analytics help. Additionally, users who have permissions to manage templates can create, edit, and delete custom category sets and workspace sets and modify the categories in a specific dataset.
