What changes on the website?

The coming into force of the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2) requires some changes on our website:

  1. On your first homebanking login, apart from the User Code and Multichannel Code, you will have to insert an Authorization Code sent by SMS to your mobile number registered with us;
  2. This Authorization Code will also be requested every 90 days;
  3. If you would like to check your account statements and movements with more than 90 days, the SMS Authorization Code will also be requested.

Please check and update your mobile number registered with us.
