How to determine your user account type in Chimerical

This article helps to determine if your current Chimerical account is a configured as a Standard user, or as an Administrator account.

On Chimerical's website, your user account type controls what tasks you can perform, in some cases you may need administrative rights to perform some tasks or to use some apps or get access to certain benefits. The following describes the three types of accounts on Chimerical Corporation Website and then helps to determine your user account type.

  • Standard User accounts are for everyday, basic needs.

  • Administrator accounts provide the most control over your use of Chimerical Corporation, and should only be used when necessary.

  • Guest accounts are intended primarily for people who need temporary use of a Chimerical Corporation Services.

 

Note: Depending on the change you are attempting to make, such as going from a Standard User account to an Administrator, you may need to contact support to make that change.

For Chimerical Version 1 Users

To determine your user account type on Chimerical Version 1, follow these steps:

  1. Click Your Name, and select Profile in the dropdown

For Chimerical Version 2 Users

To determine your user account type on Chimerical Version 2, you can do either of these steps:

  1. Look under Your Name in the top right and it will show your account type under (Reference the 'Administrator' Account Type in the picture below)

  2. Click Your Name in the top right and select View Account, then reference the image below
